Instructions

Remove the mixture from Talod Foods’ Gulab Jamun ready to cook food product mix into a clean and dry vessel.
Mix the packet mixture with 350 ml of milk and make a soft, smooth dough.
Heat ghee in a frying pan and then simmer the flame.
Prepare hot sugar syrup as instructed below:Sugar Syrup Preparation: Add 1.8 kg sugar in 2 liters of boiling water at a slow pace & boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Apply little ghee on your palms and prepare small balls out of the ready dough.Please Note: Do not prepare all Gulab Jamuns at a time.
Deep fry 5 to 6 balls in hot ghee until they turn golden brown.
Dip these sweet balls in a covered vessel of hot sugar syrup for 30 to 40 minutes.
Garnish it with almonds, pistachio, and rose petals.
Note: 150 ml. = 1 cup
