Instructions

Take the flour from the packet of Talod Thepla. Now, add 350 ml of water to make a soft dough.
Add more if needed. Mix a little oil well to make the dough smooth. Cover the dough and set it aside for about 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 30 equal parts. Slightly flatten the dough pieces on a rolling board for rolling using a little wheat flour.
Roll it into a circle of 180 mm (7”) diameter.
Place the Thepla on a hot plate and cook. Flip the Thepla on the other side to cook. Add a little oil and cook the Thepla till golden brown.
Serve hot Thepla with Mango pickles and curd.

Notes

Add chopped fenugreek and yogurt to make fenugreek (methi) Thepla.
