Instructions

Open Talod Foods’ readymade food mix of Poha. First, remove the masala packet kept inside it.
Then remove the mix from the pack into a clean and dry vessel.
Rinse the mix twice with clean water and allow it to drain well.
Keep this wet Poha aside for 5 mins.
Now add the masala from the packet to the wet Poha and mix well.
Heat 60 gms of edible oil in a separate frying pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped green chilies. Allow it to splutter.
Note: If you like, you can add cut potato/unripe banana pieces and chopped onion into the oil and stir until it takes a light brown color.
Now add the pre-mixed masala Poha into the frying pan and mix it well.
Garnish your Poha with grated coconut and coriander leaves.

Notes

To make your Poha more nutritious, you can add pomegranate seeds. You can also enjoy relishing it with mint-coriander chutney.
