Using our Talod Muthiya ready to cook food product, you can make super tasty Muthiyas in your kitchen in less time. Traditionally, it is made with grated bottle gourd (lauki) and fresh fenugreek leaves. Other ingredients include spices, green chilies, grated ginger, and turmeric. You can relish this snack with your favorite chutney, sauce, and a cup of tea.

Our instant mix product has the right set of ingredients, making it hygienic and healthy. These ingredients enable you to prepare delicious Muthiyas in less time and with less effort. You don’t have to face the fuss to collect ingredients as our mix has it all. All you need to do is follow the instructions mentioned on the back of the packet.

Instructions

Take out Talod Muthiya instant mix product in a clean vessel.
Add 125 gms cooking oil to it.
Add 750 gms grated bottle gourds, chopped cauliflower, spinach, or any other vegetables. Mix well and knead into a soft dough and add little water if the need arises.
Divide the mixture into five equal portions and shape it into rolls.
Steam these rolls for 15 minutes.
You can serve Muthiyas in two different ways. You can serve them as steaming hot with groundnut oil or after cooling
Cut the rolls into pieces/slices and season them with mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and cumin. Serve with yogurt and sauce and garnish with coriander.
