Instructions

Take the Moong Bhajiya instant mix product of Talod Foods in a clean vessel.
Add 3.5 cups (500 ml) of water or milk and mix it well to make a homogenous paste.
Grind green chilies, ginger, garlic & chopped coriander leaves. Add them to this paste according to your taste and mix well.
Let this paste rest aside for 10 minutes.
Beat the paste again, make small balls, and drop them into the hot oil. Deep-fry them at a consistent flame.
Now piping hot ‘Moong Bhajiyas’ are ready to serve with fried green chilies.
Note: 150 ml. = 1 cup

Notes

You must not leave the batter for fermentation. Immediately make small dumplings of it and deep fry in hot oil. Put the fritters on a paper towel, to remove excess oil.
