Instructions

  1. Remove Talod Foods’ Medu Vada instant mix product in a clean vessel. Pour 625 ml of water into it and make a paste.
  2. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan (kadahi).
  4. Make your hands wet in water. Now take a small quantity in your hand, make a hole in it and drop it in the hot oil.
  5. In this way, fry all the Vadas until they turn golden brown.
  6. Serve hot and piping Medu Vadas with fresh coconut chutney and vegetable sambhar.
  7. Note: 150 ml. = 1 cup
