Instructions

Take our Talod Handwa instant mix product in a vessel.
Add 50 gms of curd, 40 gms of oil, and 4 cups of (600 ml) water in it. Mix it well to make a paste.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 50 gms of oil in a small vessel or non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin, sesame, and dry red chili to make a seasoning mix.
Add the paste into the seasoning mix and keep it covered on a low flame. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now turn the side of the mix and cook it for another 10 minutes.
"Handwa" is now ready to serve.
You can also prepare Handwa like Uttapam.
Note: 150 ml. = 1 cup

Notes

To make “Handwa” tastier you can add green peas, grated bottle gourd, onion, garlic, ginger, etc. in the paste.
