Instructions

For Bhajiya Recipe Various types of bhajiya/pakora (fritter): According to your choice (liking) slice of potato, cucumber, capsicum, onions, cauliflower, banana, green chilies and ratalu (yam) keep it ready.
Take out chutney sachet from the pack and keep it safe
Take the powder from the packet in a vessel.
Add three cups (approximately 450 to 500 ml.) of water or milk into this mix and prepare a soft paste.
Heat the oil in a Kadai and deep fry slices of your choice on medium flame till bhajiyas (fritters) become golden brown in color.
Sprinkle chaat masala on bhajiyas for excellent taste and serve hot with chutney.
Chutney: Mix (chutney powder) with essential water and serve.

Notes

Kathiyawadi methi pakoras can be prepared by adding 40 grams of edible oil, green fenugreek, and ginger chili paste into the besan mix. 150 ml = 1 cup.
