Instructions

Take 500 gms of potatoes & allow them to boil & peel off the skin. Now mash these boiled potatoes well.
Take ginger, green chilies & grind them individually. Remove water from these two pastes & mix them properly with the other contents.
Note: If you eat garlic, you can add it to this paste.
Now mix 'Talod Batata wada Masala’ properly to get a lovely soft base for making Batata Wadas.
Prepare appropriate size wada balls from this paste.
Make a soft, semi-liquid base. Dip the prepared wada balls into this paste & put them in hot oil for deep frying.
Tasty wadas are now ready for serving.
Note: For preparing Kela wada, use 60 gms of sugar & 1 kg of raw bananas.
