1. Mix Talod Mix and water, then add 50g curd, 40g oil, and 4 cups (600ml) water. Stir into a paste.

2. Heat 50g oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin, sesame, and dry red chili for seasoning. Mix in the paste and simmer covered on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Garnish with coriander leaves and Handwa is now ready to serve.
